Uses

Apply 1-3 drops on the neck and temples to calm your mind.
Diffuse 3-4 drops a day to create a positive and peaceful atmosphere.
Dilute with the carrier oil and perform a relaxing back massage before a nap or before going to bed.

Directions for Use
Topical: Dilute 1 drop with 1 drop of any carrier oil. Apply to the desired area.
Diffusion: 3 times a day, up to 1 hour each time.
