The Angel of Surrender is here to remind you that there are times that you need to let go of what you need to know and what does not serve you. We can be wounded by others and hold onto negative emotions. No matter what the story is, we can surrender it and learn to forgive to set us free.

  • Practice mindfulness
  • Be gentle with yourself
  • Allow the negative emotions to flow
  • Accept that the other person may not apologise
  • Engage in self-care
